nexxt vs TrueJob Comparison: Everything You Need to Know Before Choosing

Nexxt is a US-based recruitment media company operating a large online job board and a network of niche career sites that connect job seekers with employers and recruiters. Candidates looking for work often find it difficult to discover suitable opportunities among the enormous volume of listings on generic sites, while employers and staffing firms struggle to reach qualified applicants cost-effectively, especially for hourly, skilled and specialist roles. Nexxt addresses this by combining a broad job search destination with targeted communities focused on particular industries, professions and demographics, and by using its extensive database of registered candidates to match people with relevant openings. Its approach emphasises proactive engagement, reaching job seekers through email, text messaging and other channels with personalised job recommendations, rather than relying solely on candidates to search the site themselves. This gives recruiters a way to put vacancies directly in front of people likely to be interested. For job seekers, Nexxt offers job search and alerts, profile and resume creation, and career advice content, alongside access to niche sites covering fields such as healthcare, transport, sales, engineering and diversity-focused communities. For employers and recruiters, the platform provides job posting, resume database access, sponsored job advertising and programmatic distribution, as well as recruitment marketing services including targeted email and SMS campaigns to candidate audiences. Employer branding options and analytics help organisations understand campaign performance and applicant response. Nexxt also works with applicant tracking systems and job distribution partners so that postings can reach candidates efficiently. Some freelance and gig opportunities are listed alongside permanent roles. The service is delivered via web and mobile channels and is aimed at individual job seekers, corporate recruiters, staffing agencies and recruitment advertising agencies across the United States. It is particularly suited to high-volume hiring. Pricing is not published in this listing, and no information is provided about a free trial or free version.
