General Information
Overview
Cloud-based anti-money laundering solution that provides tools for data management, analytics, suspicious activity monitoring & more
Oracle AML and Financial Crime Compliance Management is an enterprise suite providing end-to-end anti-money laundering and financial crime capability for banks and other regulated financial institutions. It covers the full compliance chain: customer due diligence and know-your-customer onboarding, ongoing risk scoring, transaction monitoring, sanctions and watchlist screening, investigation case management, and regulatory reporting. The system is built for institutions where compliance failure carries consequences measured in hundreds of millions — enforcement penalties, consent orders, licence conditions and personal liability for named officers — and where a regulator will examine not only the outcomes but the methodology, governance and auditability of every control. That examination requirement shapes the product as much as the detection capability does. Customer due diligence establishes and maintains a risk rating for every customer from onboarding onward, incorporating identity, ownership structure, geography, product usage and behaviour, with enhanced due diligence workflows for higher-risk relationships and periodic review scheduled by risk tier. Transaction monitoring applies both rule-based scenarios covering known typologies and behavioural analytics that detect deviation from a customer's established pattern, with machine learning increasingly used to suppress the false positives that consume most investigation capacity in a large institution. Sanctions, politically exposed person and adverse media screening run at onboarding and continuously thereafter, with name-matching tuned to handle transliteration, aliases and partial matches. Alerts flow into a case management environment where investigators gather evidence, document their reasoning and escalate, producing the decision trail examiners require. Suspicious activity and transaction reports are generated in the formats individual jurisdictions mandate and filed electronically. Model governance, tuning, threshold justification and audit reporting support the demonstration that controls are effective and appropriately calibrated. The suite runs at very high transaction volumes across global multi-jurisdiction operations. Pricing starts from around USD 15,000; there is no free version and no free trial.
