Under its Sheltered Program, Tecma offer its clients services in the following areas: human resources, payroll and benefits administration, logistics, MRO procurement, environmental and customs compliance, and facilities leasing and property management. Working as a department at Tecma, foreign-based manufacturers are able to start up quickly without establishing a legal presence in the Mexico. Under this arrangement, manufacturers send raw materials and supervisory personnel to train and manage workers.
