Artha Job Board, from Knovator, is customisable job board software enabling employers and job board operators to streamline hiring. It serves two related but distinct audiences: organisations wanting their own branded careers and recruitment portal, and entrepreneurs or associations building a job board as a business or member service in a particular industry, region or profession. Rather than a recruitment tool used internally, it is the platform on which a job marketplace itself runs.

The employer-facing side handles job posting with structured fields for role, location, salary, contract type and requirements, application collection and candidate management through configurable stages, and communication with applicants. The candidate-facing side provides search and filtering by keyword, location, category, salary and job type, candidate profiles and CV upload, saved searches with job alerts by email, and application tracking so a jobseeker can see the status of what they have applied for. For a job board operator, the significant capability is the surrounding commercial infrastructure: employer registration and self-service posting, subscription and per-posting payment handling, featured and promoted listing upsells, credit packages, invoicing, and administrative moderation of submitted content. That combination is what turns software into a revenue-generating marketplace rather than a static listings page. Customisation extends to branding, layout, taxonomy and the fields captured, so a board serving nursing, construction or legal recruitment can reflect the categories and attributes its market expects. Multilingual and multi-currency support suits international deployment. Search engine optimisation features matter disproportionately here, since organic search is how most jobseekers arrive, and structured data markup helps listings surface in Google's job search results. Additional features include resume database access for employers, social login, analytics on traffic and application volumes, and API access. Pricing starts from around USD 95 with a free trial available and no free version. Pricing scales with posting volume and the level of employer branding required.
