CenarioVR

CenarioVR is an immersive learning authoring tool from ELB Learning that allows training teams to build virtual reality and 360-degree scenarios without writing code. It is designed for instructional designers who want to create realistic, interactive simulations but lack the budget or technical expertise for bespoke VR development. The problem it addresses is that experiential training — practising safety procedures, customer interactions or equipment operation in a lifelike setting — is highly effective but traditionally expensive and time-consuming to produce. CenarioVR lowers that barrier by letting authors assemble scenes from 360-degree photographs and videos, 3D models and interactive elements in a browser-based editor, and by making the finished experience available on a wide range of devices. Authors can add hotspots, questions, branching logic, variables, audio narration and information panels to create decision-based simulations and virtual tours, and scenes can be linked to model complex processes. Collaboration features allow multiple team members to work on projects, and a media library supports reuse of assets. Completed scenarios can be published to SCORM and xAPI for tracking in a learning management system or through a learning record store, or shared directly via a link, with analytics capturing learner decisions and performance.
