Crew Control is scheduling and job management software from Aspire, aimed at landscaping and field service crews and positioned as the simplest way to organise schedules, eliminate paper route sheets and save time on billing. Its target customer is the owner-operator running a handful of crews who currently plans the week on a whiteboard, hands drivers printed route sheets each morning, and reconstructs what actually happened from scribbled notes in order to invoice at month end. That process loses billable work, misses property visits and consumes evenings, and the software is designed to replace it without demanding the implementation effort of a full enterprise field service platform.

Scheduling assigns jobs to crews and days on a visual board, with recurring service schedules for maintenance contracts generated automatically across a season so weekly and fortnightly visits populate the calendar without repeated entry. Route sheets become a mobile app: crews see their day's stops in order, with property details, service instructions, access notes and site photographs, and mark work complete as they go. Time tracking captures arrival and departure per property, giving actual time on site against what was estimated — the figure that reveals which contracts are unprofitable, and one that paper sheets never produce reliably. Crews can record extra work performed, add notes and capture before-and-after photographs, which both supports upselling and settles disputes with customers about what was done. Completed work flows directly into invoicing, so billing reflects actual visits rather than an assumption, and batch invoicing handles a whole route or month at once. Customer and property records hold contacts, service history, pricing and notes. Reporting covers crew productivity, job costing, revenue per property and schedule adherence.
