EasyVend is a cloud-based B2B order management, inventory control, invoicing, delivery management, and distribution software platform designed for food and beverage suppliers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors. The software helps businesses centralize customer orders, product information, stock levels, deliveries, invoices, payments, and operational reporting within one connected system.

Food and beverage distribution businesses often receive orders through phone calls, emails, text messages, paper forms, and sales representatives. Managing these orders manually can result in incorrect quantities, missed customer requests, duplicated data entry, delayed invoicing, inaccurate inventory records, and inefficient delivery planning. EasyVend addresses these challenges by providing a unified online platform where customers can place orders and staff can manage the complete order-to-delivery process.

The platform is developed and maintained by Jeal Tech, an Australian-owned family business with more than 40 years of experience creating software for food and beverage distribution companies. Jeal Tech states that it supports more than 1,200 clients within the food and beverage industry and provides implementation training and ongoing support.

EasyVend is designed for dairies, bakeries, beverage distributors, meat suppliers, produce distributors, food manufacturers, wholesalers, hospitality suppliers, and other supply chain businesses that need to manage frequent orders, recurring deliveries, customer-specific prices, stock movements, invoices, and payments.

The system combines online ordering, customer management, inventory tracking, sales order processing, delivery management, direct debit processing, reporting, and accounting integrations. EasyVend can connect with Xero and MYOB and can also support routing and industry-specific connections such as SolBox and Foodstuffs integrations.

As suppliers and distributors continue to replace manual processes with digital order management systems, EasyVend provides a customizable platform that helps businesses reduce administration, improve order accuracy, monitor inventory, and provide customers with a more convenient ordering experience.

About EasyVend Software

EasyVend is a web-based supply chain and wholesale order management solution developed specifically for businesses that supply and distribute food, beverages, and related products.

The software provides a unified customer portal through which businesses can invite customers, process orders, issue invoices, manage receipts, create account statements, configure fees, and establish direct debit agreements. Customer profiles can be customized with product access, minimum order requirements, individual pricing, discounts, fees, and other account-specific conditions.

EasyVend is not simply an ecommerce website. It connects customer ordering with back-office functions such as inventory management, invoicing, delivery operations, payments, accounting, and business reporting. This allows an order submitted through the customer portal to move through the business without requiring staff to repeatedly enter the same information into different systems.

The platform supports wholesale, retail, and mixed business models. Businesses can manage wholesale portal orders and retail operations while keeping product, inventory, invoicing, and reporting data centralized.

EasyVend also provides configurable business rules. Suppliers can set different prices for individual customers or customer groups, control which products customers can view, apply discounts, configure delivery days, manage recurring standing orders, and establish order cut-off times.

By combining ecommerce, sales order management, inventory control, invoicing, accounting, and delivery management, EasyVend helps distributors create a connected order-to-cash process.

Food Manufacturers

Food manufacturers that sell directly to retailers, hospitality businesses, or distributors can use EasyVend to manage customer ordering and product distribution.

The system helps connect demand with inventory, order preparation, dispatch, delivery, and invoicing.

Wholesale Businesses

Wholesalers managing negotiated customer prices, product restrictions, credit terms, minimum orders, and repeat purchases can use EasyVend as a B2B order management platform.

Its branded portal gives approved customers access to their relevant catalogue, pricing, delivery days, and order history.

EasyVend Software Use Cases

Online Wholesale Ordering

A beverage distributor receives orders through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Staff spend several hours entering the orders manually.

After implementing EasyVend, customers place orders through a branded B2B portal. The orders enter the operating system directly, reducing duplicate data entry and helping staff process orders more efficiently.

Recurring Dairy Deliveries

A dairy distributor supplies cafés, schools, shops, and hospitality venues several times per week.

The business creates standing orders for regular customers and allows customers to adjust quantities before the relevant cut-off time. Finalized orders are then prepared for dispatch and assigned to delivery routes.

Customer-Specific Pricing

A wholesaler supplies independent stores, retail chains, and hospitality groups under different pricing agreements.

EasyVend allows the wholesaler to establish customer-level and group-level prices so that each buyer sees the correct products, discounts, fees, and minimum order requirements.

Inventory and Production Planning

A bakery needs to know how many products have been ordered before beginning its daily production cycle.

EasyVend provides visibility into submitted orders, quantities, dispatch requirements, and delivery schedules. This helps the bakery prepare suitable production volumes and reduce unnecessary waste.

Electronic Proof of Delivery

A customer disputes whether a complete order was delivered.

The distributor reviews the MiniVend delivery record, including the recorded quantities, customer signature, delivery photograph, and timestamp. These records provide clearer evidence than a handwritten paper docket.

Accounting Synchronization

A food supplier creates invoices in EasyVend but uses Xero for its accounting records.

Invoices and receipts are synchronized with Xero. When a payment is recorded in Xero against an EasyVend invoice, it can be returned to EasyVend and allocated to the relevant transaction.

Delivery Route Optimization

A distributor operates several vehicles completing multiple delivery stops each morning.

EasyVend and SolBox can be used to organize routes, sequence customer stops, provide driver schedules, and improve visibility into delivery progress.

Managing Order Adjustments

A customer ordered ten units, but only eight were delivered because of limited stock.

The driver or office team records the changed quantity. EasyVend can use the updated delivery information when preparing the invoice or customer credit adjustment.

Foodstuffs Supplier Operations

A New Zealand supplier receives Foodstuffs orders and must meet store-specific delivery windows.

EasyVend helps process orders, schedule drivers, document delivery completion, and prepare invoices through its Foodstuffs-related workflow.

Why Choose EasyVend?

EasyVend differs from general order management software because it is designed around the operational needs of food and beverage suppliers and distributors.

The platform combines customer ordering, inventory management, negotiated pricing, recurring orders, delivery routes, proof of delivery, invoicing, payments, and accounting synchronization. This helps businesses avoid using separate systems for every stage of the order-to-cash process.

One of EasyVend’s major advantages is its understanding of recurring distribution. Dairy, bakery, beverage, packaged ice, meat, produce, and food-service businesses often deliver to the same customers several times per week. EasyVend supports standing orders, delivery days, cut-off times, customer-specific prices, and route-based operations.

The branded B2B ordering portal also improves convenience for customers. Buyers can access the products and pricing assigned to their accounts, review previous orders, and submit new orders without waiting for office staff.

MiniVend strengthens delivery accountability by giving drivers access to schedules and enabling them to capture signatures, photographs, timestamps, and delivery changes.

The Xero and MYOB integrations reduce duplicate accounting work, while SolBox and Foodstuffs connections support specialized routing and industry workflows.

EasyVend is therefore most suitable for small and mid-sized distributors that want a specialized system positioned between spreadsheets and a complex enterprise ERP platform.
