Imperva Sonar

Imperva Sonar is a security platform from Imperva, the cybersecurity company acquired by Thales in 2023, that provides cloud-based protection for applications, data and the network edge. Sonar serves as the unifying analytics and management layer across Imperva's portfolio, bringing together telemetry from its application security, data security and edge services so that security teams can detect, investigate and respond to threats from a single place. The platform addresses the fragmentation that results when organisations run many separate point products, which complicates visibility, slows incident response and leaves gaps between how applications and the data behind them are protected.

On the application side, Imperva offers a web application firewall, DDoS protection, advanced bot protection, API security, runtime application self-protection and client-side protection, delivered through a global content delivery network that also improves performance.
