Liberty REACT

Liberty REACT is the cloud-based edition of Liberty Consignment software, an all-in-one retail management system designed for consignment, resale and thrift businesses. Stores that sell goods on behalf of many consignors must track each item's owner, apply agreed commission splits, manage markdowns and pay out balances accurately, while also running a conventional retail counter. Liberty REACT's approach is to deliver these capabilities through a modern browser-based interface, removing the need for local servers and allowing owners to run their business from any device with an internet connection. The vendor emphasises affordability and flexibility, positioning the product for independent shops as well as multi-store operators that want a single, centrally hosted system. Because the data is hosted, updates and backups are handled by the vendor rather than by store staff, which suits owners without technical support.

Key features include rapid item entry with barcode and tag printing, a full point of sale with integrated card processing, and flexible consignment agreements that support different split percentages, fees and item expiry rules. Automated markdown schedules help move ageing stock, while consignor accounts track sales, balances, payouts and store credit, and an online portal lets consignors review their items and earnings at any time. Buy-outright purchasing, trade credit, layaways, gift cards and customer loyalty tools support a range of resale business models. E-commerce integration allows inventory to be published online, and reporting covers sales, inventory ageing, consignor activity and taxes, with export options for accounting packages such as QuickBooks. Multi-location support lets owners view and manage several stores from one account. Liberty REACT is used by clothing and accessories boutiques, furniture and home decor consignment stores, sporting goods resellers, children's resale shops and charity thrift outlets across North America. Pricing starts from around USD 159.95 per month, and a free trial is available; there is no permanently free version.
