Both Retail and Wholesale Broking can be supported with Macaw AMS. Macaw AMS has an in-built CRM. It supports both New Business and Renewals comprehensively. The Rating and Underwriting logic for the MGAs and Lloyds Coverholders can be built easily using the rules engine. It supports Claims Intimation and Tracking. Last but not the least, it has a detailed Billing and Payables component that caters to Carrier Extracts as well. The system has built-in Document Management System, Rules and Workflow components, and an engine to report, visualize and analyze operational data. Essential integrations are available with OFAC checker, Payment Gateway, eSign, email marketing. Macaw AMS enables the Customers, Producers as well as Carrier Partners to self serve with the help of the specialized portals.
