SAP Fieldglass is a cloud-based vendor management software (VMS) and external workforce management platform designed to help businesses efficiently manage contingent workers, independent contractors, service providers, and statement of work (SOW) engagements from a centralized system. As organizations increasingly rely on external talent to support business operations, managing vendors, staffing agencies, contracts, compliance, and workforce performance has become more complex. SAP Fieldglass addresses these challenges by providing comprehensive tools for workforce procurement, vendor management, spend visibility, compliance monitoring, and workforce analytics.

Traditional workforce management processes often involve multiple spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and manual approvals, making it difficult for organizations to control labor costs and maintain compliance. SAP Fieldglass streamlines these operations by automating vendor sourcing, worker onboarding, timesheet approvals, invoicing, procurement workflows, and workforce reporting. This allows businesses to gain greater visibility into their external workforce while improving operational efficiency.

The platform enables organizations to source talent, manage vendor relationships, monitor workforce performance, control project spending, and ensure regulatory compliance across global operations. Whether managing temporary employees, consulting services, outsourced projects, or independent contractors, SAP Fieldglass provides organizations with the tools needed to optimize workforce management while reducing administrative overhead.

Today, SAP Fieldglass is widely used across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, technology, telecommunications, government, energy, pharmaceuticals, and professional services. Its ability to combine vendor management, workforce procurement, compliance, and analytics into a single platform makes it one of the leading Vendor Management Software solutions for enterprise organizations.
