Sitefotos

Sitefotos is a cloud-based photo documentation and field operations platform designed primarily for landscaping, snow removal and property maintenance contractors. Service providers in these industries must prove that work has been completed, communicate with property managers and track crews working across many sites, often under time pressure and in challenging weather conditions. Paper logs, text messages and phone camera rolls make it difficult to organise evidence or defend against slip-and-fall claims and billing disputes. Sitefotos addresses this by combining geotagged, time-stamped photo capture with job tracking and reporting in a single mobile and web application. Its core approach treats photographs as structured operational records that are automatically associated with the right property, crew and service, making proof of service easy to retrieve and share.

Key features include mobile photo capture with markup and annotation tools, site maps with measurement capabilities, crew time tracking with GPS check-in and check-out, work orders, service verification and customisable forms. Automated reports can be generated and sent to clients, and a client portal gives property managers visibility of completed work. For winter operations, the platform can incorporate weather data and snow event tracking, supporting liability protection and accurate billing. Estimating tools, including site measurement from aerial imagery, help contractors prepare bids more efficiently. Integrations with accounting and business management systems, including QuickBooks and industry platforms, reduce double entry. The product is used by landscaping companies, snow and ice management contractors, facility maintenance providers and property management firms ranging from small owner-operated businesses to large multi-branch operations. A free version is available with core photo documentation capabilities, a free trial is offered for paid features, and pricing for paid plans starts from around USD 2, generally charged on a per-user basis.
