SProbot

SProbot is a SharePoint administration and governance tool which uses AI to describe and tag the contents of sites, enabling admins to improve discoverability, prevent content sprawl, and increase security. With SProbot, content administrators can go beyond SharePoint's standard admin center capabilities with cleanup and management tools which target sites based on their true contents, not just inaccurate user-provided titles and descriptions. Actions can be manually taken, delegated to content owners, or automated. Ongoing governance is enabled with self-service provisioning, allowing users to create workspaces based on high-fidelity templates and rules, followed by lifecycle management.
