Eventival

Eventival is the world's most widely used, flexible and sophisticated film data management platform, used mostly by film festivals but also by film centres, awards and other cultural organisations. Besides its key role as an organisation's central database, Eventival has something to offer at every stage of planning and production, whether it's collecting, reviewing and selecting film entries, creating film schedules, inviting guests, arranging their travel and accommodations, organising industry events, publishing Who is Here lists, handling accompanying events and publishing all relevant information. Eventival offers endless possibilities in terms of obtaining, modifying, searching, importing and exporting data, sending mass mails and handling daily office tasks. In short, it's the perfect replacement of databases previously kept in spreadsheets.
