Inn-Flow is a hotel management software suite that consolidates the back-office functions of hospitality operations into one integrated platform. Hotels have historically run accounting in one system, labour management in another, procurement on spreadsheets and payroll through an outside provider, then spent the first week of every month reconciling the four. Inn-Flow replaces that with a single connected set of modules covering accounting, bookkeeping, labour management, payroll, sales, procurement and executive dashboards, all sharing one data layer. The accounting module is purpose-built for hospitality, handling the industry's standard chart of accounts, daily revenue posting from property management systems, bank reconciliation, accounts payable with invoice capture and approval routing, and consolidated multi-property reporting for owners and management companies. Labour management is the module most operators cite first, since payroll is the largest controllable cost in a hotel: it forecasts required staffing against occupancy, schedules housekeeping and other departments to those forecasts, tracks actual hours against budgeted minutes per room, and flags overtime before it is incurred rather than after. Integrated payroll processes directly from those approved hours, removing the export-and-re-key step. Procurement manages purchase orders, approvals, vendor catalogues and invoice matching, giving control over spend that is otherwise diffuse across departments. Sales tracking covers group and corporate account activity and pipeline. Above all of it sit dashboards presenting profitability, labour productivity, cost per occupied room and other operating metrics across a single hotel or an entire portfolio, giving owners and asset managers comparable figures without manual consolidation.
