Customers book online at any hour through a branded booking page, selecting service, location and time, and pay at the point of booking through integrated processing, which removes both the payment chase and a large share of no-shows. Recurring appointments and packages support ongoing arrangements such as weekly training or regular cleaning. Provider management covers onboarding, profiles, commission and pay rate configuration, and automated payout calculation, which matters greatly for businesses working with independent contractors rather than employees, since commission reconciliation is otherwise a substantial monthly task.
