ClubReady vs BJJLINK Comparison: Everything You Need to Know Before Choosing

BJJLINK is a platform built specifically for the Brazilian jiu-jitsu community, and its Admin+ product is academy management software designed for the particular needs of BJJ schools. Generic gym and fitness management systems often fail to reflect how martial arts academies operate, especially the importance of belt and stripe progression, class-based attendance and a close-knit membership culture. BJJLINK Admin+ addresses this by combining membership administration, payment collection, attendance tracking and belt progress in one tool tailored to jiu-jitsu. Its approach is to connect academy administration with the wider BJJLINK social network, where practitioners maintain profiles, record their training history and connect with other academies and athletes. This link between the academy’s management system and the student’s own profile helps instructors keep accurate records while giving members a clear view of their progress and a stronger connection to their school. Key features include member records and membership plans, recurring billing and online payments, automated payment reminders, and class schedules with check-in functionality for recording attendance. Belt and stripe tracking allows instructors to see how long each student has trained since their last promotion and how many classes they have attended, supporting fairer and better-documented grading decisions. Communication tools help academies send announcements and keep students informed about events, seminars and schedule changes. Reporting provides insight into revenue, retention, attendance trends and membership growth, which is valuable for owners trying to run a sustainable business. The software is accessible via web and mobile, allowing students to check in, view schedules and manage their accounts from their phones. BJJLINK Admin+ is aimed at Brazilian jiu-jitsu academies of varying sizes, from single-location schools run by a head instructor to affiliate networks and associations with multiple locations, and may also appeal to grappling and mixed martial arts gyms with a strong BJJ programme. Pricing starts from around USD 49 per month with a free trial; there is no permanently free version.
