Once detected, WinSPC executes the predefined appropriate actions to help production staff prevent scrap and rework. It automates real-time statistical process control, in-depth process analysis, and compliance reporting. Additionally, the platform enables users to document everything in an audit trail, generates live remote dashboards to share the status, and produces any required customer and compliance reports to visually define.
