DOCUNIZE ? email signatures offer a centralized solution for streamlined email communication and brand consistency. With centralized deployment, email signatures designed with DOCUNIZE ? are automatically available in Microsoft Outlook for every employee. You can assign signatures individually, based on company divisions or hierarchical structures, ensuring each department has the right signature. Multiple signatures per user, including those in different languages, provide flexibility. Predefined out-of-office messages ensure compliance, while corporate identity updates can be quickly rolled out to all users. DOCUNIZE ? also boosts professional marketing by integrating email signatures with scheduled campaigns, adding images, event announcements, or product launches. The signatures are fully personalized using profile fields, with seamless integration with Active Directory and support for all email formats (HTML, RTF, Plain Text).
